What is the classification of Class 32?

We’re planning to create and market our own craft cola.
What kind of designated goods should I use in our application?

Craft cola falls under carbonated drinks, so it’s class 32.

This page explains what goods are included in “Class 32”.
Before you file a trademark application, make sure you know whether your product is in Class 32 or in another category!

Class 32 is for beer and non-alcoholic beverages

Class 32 mainly includes beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

Specifically, carbonated drinks, fruit and vegetable juices, whey beverages, beer and extracts of hops for making beer are in Class 32. Also, non-alcoholic preparations for making beverages (syrups for beverages and extracts of hops for making beer) fall under this class.

Please note, on the other hand, that even beverages that do not contain alcohol, such as coffee, tea, milk products, dietary beverages, and beverages for pets are classified separately.
