Classification Guide for Trademark Registration: Class 2

We have decided to start marketing a six-color model of printing ink that can print photos vividly.
First of all, we have prepared an impactful product name and logo, and we would like to register it as a trademark so that others will not imitate us.

Then you need to remember to designate Class 2, which includes “printing inks”!
Class 2 includes many goods related to paints! Let’s check it out.

The cost is the same within the same class, but could highly color-developing “photographic paper” that is optimal for this ink also be designated in Class 2…?

Class 2 is a classification for paints, colorants and anti-corrosive preparations.

Class 2 mainly includes dyestuffs, pigments, paints, and printing inks.

It may be easier to understand if you associate paints and colorants with professional use, such as for painting and printing.

I see, so even though it has to do with inks and paints, ‘tools’ and ‘instruments’ are in a different classification.
